Are there any repositories of standard parts on the web? So far I only have classic metric screws and aluminum profiles. Do you know of others? Thanks for your answer.

Yes. For example, wood screws, nuts, washers, gears, simply .slvs semi-finished files where I only enter a change in dimensions, or the number of teeth, etc.

I haven't come across one. I started building one that I was going to post here as a .zip file, but its all Inch based fasteners. I never got to wood screws or anything like that, but have socket head cap screws and washers.
