DXF export is limited to sketches, or views on faces etc. If I understand your question properly, you are looking for a program with sheet (metal) tools, You may want to look at FreecCad,, and you could try searching YouTube for FreeCad examples of what you are trying to do.

For example, I will create a cube and I want it to make a .dxf drawing for me - the sheet metal dimensions needed to make the cube. (unfurled sheetmetal) - data for the company - laser center.

You're looking to "flatten" or "unwrap" an object. That is not supported in Solvespace. There are some videos showing how to do it in FreeCAD.
