can't export STL (by danix)
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to export an STL from the file I've attached, but solvespace hangs forever with my CPU at 100% usage and I'm not able to finish the operation.
From the cli I've tried using this command:
```
solvespace-cli export-mesh --output zoffset.stl cad-projects/z-offset_calibration_test.slvs
```
But I get this output:
```
Missing (absent) translation for group-name'#references'
Missing (absent) translation for group-name'sketch-in-plane'
Missing (absent) translation for 'Active group mesh is empty; nothing to export.'
Error: Active group mesh is empty; nothing to export.
Written 'zoffset.stl'.
```
And nothing is written.
Is anyone of you so kind to try it and see if it's my computer that's not powerful enough? The file is nothing special really, just 10 rectangles 5mmx7cmx0.2mm with a number beside each one.

I have no trouble opening this and exporting triangle mesh as .stl
I tried Analyze->Show Naked Edges and the mesh was fine 3106 triangles from 295 surfaces. This may vary with Chord Tolerance setting.
You need to be viewing the extrude group when exporting.
You may also try increasing the height of the extrusion just to see if there is anything strange with the solid model.
I'm running the latest development version but any 3.x or even 2.3 should work.

thanks for your reply. I've built the latest development version, tried again to export the STL but the program still sits there forever with my CPU slowly ramping up to 100% usage and no output is provided.
My chord tolerance is at 0.01% - 0.01mm, 3124 triangles.
Attached are the settings for the active group which is the 3d extrude.
Is there something I can change to fix this?

I get:

and of course nothing is exported.
This is normal since all the "crosses" in g002-sketch-in-plane are non closed contours. So the extrude does not form a solid model.
