Crashing (by Spook)
Solvespace crashing in windows when doing large models

Try breaking your model into components in separate files, and bring them together in an assembly file. You can use a construction or skeleton model in component files to constrain them, and allow for easy changes to master dimensions.

Could you share a project of yours so we can see how you split your components and assemble them?
No crash but too much lag to work on big projects for me :(

Peneloppe/ It's fixed. I reinstalled windows I was having issues with other apps also, I think deleting some entries from registry caused it.

Andrew/ you guys should start a YouTube channel and post different tutorials also you can get revenue from it and also useful for others.

Here is a simple example of using a simplified model of a resin tank to draw up a stand to protect the FEP. along with an assembly the tank and stand. Note, the tank is hidden in the stand drawing, and that does not matter to the assembly. To use the tank drawing to set constraints, it need to be shown, but it's solid model can remain hidden.

There is also a tutorial on assemblies with an example project here: https://solvespace.com/box.pl
