Solvespace does not support a technical drawing paper view, for that sort of work you might be better off looking at freecad, https://www.freecadweb.org/. Solvespace does allow building parts and assemblies, its just you have to create parts in their own files, and use link/assemble to put them together.

Yeah, there's nothing like a real drawing flow. You can kind of fake it with a "drawing assembly" that imports the part multiple times in multiple orientations, and then place dimensions on that and export view.
