T-spline kernel (by Paul)
With the known limitations of the SolveSpace NURBS implementation, I wonder if this would be a usable alternative:

https://github.com/GrapeTec/T-SPLINE

T-splines were a proposed alternative to NURBS and this library is under GPLv3.
