Unable to skect in a selected plane (by Andrew Bromley)
In the attached file, i can select the go46-sketch-in-plane, and the model window show the existing sketch as expected. However any attempt to add to the sketch, like adding an arc, plane gives a "can't draw arc in 3d, select a work plane first". On dismissing the error, the property browser has the work plane selected, and it is the active item in the group list. A quick ceck of other sketeches show that some can be midified, and others give the same error.

Use the Sketch → In Workplane option after selecting a workplane.

Or if you don't select a workplane, then it uses the sketch-in-new-workplane group's default. Maybe the error message should say "activate" or something.

Good point--I've updated the messages.

That gets the workplane back, but the more fundamental question is why is the workplane sometimes deselected, especially after an undo to remove the last constraint applied because it conflicts with other constraints?
