Small text window font size (by JujuSL)
Hi,
I use solvespace on my laptop (and love it !) and the text window usually takes up 1/6 of my screen.
When I have many requests and contraints in a group, I have to enlarge the window and scroll it to see them.
I guess it would be easier if I could choose a smaller font size in the text window to read more information at a time.
I haven't found any choice in the configuration menu. Is there any way to do it anyway ?
Thanks
JujuSL

No. Actually, there's no way a smaller font size could *possibly* be used as anything smaller than 16px height is not sufficient to encode many non-Latin glyphs (we currently use GNU Unifont with full Unicode coverage and 8x16/16x16 glyphs). And frankly even Latin is rapidly becoming unreadable once you get below 14px. So, do not expect this.

Incidentally, this is probably the single most surprising feature request I had. I myself frequently lament that text window font cannot be made bigger...

@whitequark : thank you for your answer ; if fact, this was not really a feature request, just a question in case this parameter could be changed...

I use solvespace over two monitors and it's always becomes annoying when I have to use it on the ob. I think for me it will be solution making ability to embend text window in the main window (to not share the same screenspace). I think the profit will be from not having the frames, scrollbars and the header(saves pixels), and the consistent resizing.

I agree that there should be such an option.

Font and Icon sizing (by AndrewA)
I would love the ability to make the fonts and the toolbar icons larger - in both windows.
I use a 4k monitor - and things are pretty tiny. I haven't examined everything to see if there's a way to make things larger with solvespace, but I'm worrying that it can't.
I tend to wonder now whether it would be usable (and readable) at all on an 8k monitor...
