How to change a dimension independently in 3D view (by wavsine)
Hi Jonathan
I love your SolveSpace program. I am drawing the plan for a truck camper base and I am stumped. I want to change one dimension in 3D view without changing all dimensions in one plane. I have attached a drawing to show you my problem. The back board of the camper base (A) is only 1" thick and it sticks up a little above the rest of the base. When I change the dimension in 3D view, it also changes the dimension of B and C to only 1". How can I change the dimensional thickness of A to 1" while keeping B and C at 96"?
Thanks

Thanks, I'm glad that you liked it.
All the sections in a given extrusion are always extruded to the same depth. To extrude different sections to different depths, sketch them in different groups (New Group -> Sketch in New Workplane), and extrude once per group.
