Surpress constrains on construction line (by shawn e)
Hi!
I often use construction lines, and I don't want them constrained because, as the name says, they are just for support and don't need to be constrained.
Can I suppress the DOF display for construction lines? It's irritating, and I'm often searching for missing DOFs only to find out it's my construction lines.

I don't think so. The easiest way is probably just to constrain them, like with "Lock Point Where Dragged". In some cases you could also move them into a different group, and ignore the remaining DOFs in just that one.

I have been thinking the same thing. Maybe we could make a suggestion to the devs for this. I made suggestions for ease of use (ability to have multiple entities constrained at once and esc to cancel line segment) and they were implemented within hrs!

May be show them separately: "12|34", "ok|8"?

Haha no. Multi-constraint was suggested long ago and then there were 2 submitted implementations that sat around for years. Then I decided to just merge one of them and it took another few weeks and several people to find the bugs, reassign some keys, and call it good. And we still need to issue an official release with that feature :-( We're still here, but other things have people busy.

I see, I find them really useful improvements though! Thx!
