Version of OpenGL for Solvespace 3 on ubuntu (by Mark Gittins)
hi all, I am new to Solvespace and new to trying CAD out. I got Solvespace 2.3 from the Ubuntu 20.04 PPA and got started with it but wanted to try the latest version so I upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04, got Solvespace 3.0.rc2_repack1-3 from the PPA and tried to run it. I get a message on the Solvespace canvas saying "No GL implementation is available". This is the output of glxinfo relating to OpenGL:

glxinfo| grep OpenGL
OpenGL vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
OpenGL renderer string: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL core profile version string: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 470.161.03
OpenGL core profile shading language version string: 4.60 NVIDIA
OpenGL core profile context flags: (none)
OpenGL core profile profile mask: core profile
OpenGL core profile extensions:
OpenGL version string: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 470.161.03

OpenGL extensions:
OpenGL ES profile version string: OpenGL ES 3.2 NVIDIA 470.161.03
OpenGL ES profile shading language version string: OpenGL ES GLSL ES 3.20

Can anyone clarify what, if anything, I can do to get this working or am I stuck with the Solvespace2 version (which still works on Ubuntu22.04).

Thanks in advance
Mark

1) Try to update SolveSpace 3.x from next PPA: https://launchpad.net/~alex-p/+archive/ubuntu/solvespace

2) If it still does not work, report your issue into related thread: https://github.com/solvespace/solvespace/issues

Fixed! (by Mark Gittins)
Actually, after a bit of messing around at my end, that's working. Thanks for your input.
