What is confusing to me is that Sketch Anywhere 3d also changes the view at the same time. (Similarly in Workplane).

How does You snapped each circle center exactly to each face in 3D?
Are you used some constraints but then removed all constraints before saving this file?

I see. But I may notice a lot of DOFs, including due to not constrained circles normals.

Really oversimplified. I didn't think of that. I don't have the right 3D thinking yet. I have to train.
