How to support SolveSpace (by Stefano Ciurleo)
Hi,
ex Fusion 360 user here.
I discovered SolveSpace and now use it together with Cura to make 3D prints.
As I am not a programmer, is there any way to support the development? Donations or other...
Thank you!

Hi,
Perhaps the best way so support SolveSpace is to "spread the word", tell all your friends about it - online and offline :-)
As for donations - it has been discussed before and currently the situation is the same. See the "Donating crowdfunding" section here https://github.com/solvespace/solvespace/issues/1024.

How to support SolveSpace (by Walter Cadek)
Hi,
I bought a 3D printer and was surprised, that solvespace is almost not present in the 3D-forums.
Most threads support openscad files.
It would be a good argument to use solvespace, if it could read, resp. transform Openscad to Solvespace.
Since Openscad uses parametric inputs, a solution should not be too complicated.
For me this would be a great help, because I find the design process in solvespace much easier, at least not so much virtuell.
Also I have to thank the team for the extreme fast and good support. All my (sometimes silly) questions have been answered and it was a great help to understand the methodes of solvespace.
Best regards
Walter

The ways OpenSCAD and SolveSpace define solids are completely unrelated. For all practical purposes it is impossible for SolveSpace to import OpenSCAD projects and vice versa.
One can link STL files into SolveSpace models but they are just static triangle meshes.
