construction plane (by cmpxchg)
Is it possible to turn three 3D points or three edges into a 'construction plane', and make some other point coincident with that ?
I am using solvespace 3.1, and built it from source - what would be needed to achieve something like that ?

You can create a plane bu using a point and two lines, selecting them, and then sketch in new workplane. You can use construction lines, and sketch in 3d. You can use constraints relative to the basis planes shown (dotted outline), I.e point plane distance, point on place, line parallel to and at an angle to those planes.
