Is such cut section view possible in solvespace?

You can use a difference extrude to make a cut away, but the axle would need to be added after that group. The drawing to be extruded can cut air, so a rectangle to create a cube would do what you want. Hide solid body on the extrude group restores the full drawing.

My application was more of an architectural domain. I could achieve a cut section of a shaft, showing a side view of the building shaft and consolidating more floors in less space, to fit in one pdf page. While I was able to do it, doing the same by the script would still be a challenge.
