The sketch opens without problems using version 3 on Manjaro. However there are several bugs that cause red faces, especially with curved surfaces. Usually 'force NURBS surfaces to triangle mesh' is a workaround for the problem.
Having looked at your drawing I have a couple of suggestions.
The first two sketches can be combined into one by turning the base outline into construction lines (Sketch/Toggle construction) (g) on selected lines.
The uprights can be created by a model of a upright in a separate file, and importing it 4 times via (New Group/Link /assemble). This often speeds up the program as well, and makes it easier to modify the uprights.

I'm new to CAD thanks for the information about the construction line. Also thanks for the idea about importing models

force NURBS surfaces to triangle mesh fixed the red color but the extrusion on the below plane is lost.I had to do another extrusion again in the other side.

Which version are you using, as the drawing you posted opens without problems in version 3.

Attached some modified versions of your files, showing what I think you are trying to achieve. Note, I made the fully constrained, mainly by anchoring the drawing to the origin, and I used step translate to create the holes. When you input a drawing, '9' rotates it 90 degrees around the axis closest to the view axis, and Same orientation 'x' is used to lock its orientation. This constraint needs the the drawing to be shown, so that the axis arrows are visible.

Goku - the tutorials and reference on this page have a lot of useful hints for future models.
