How do i create a workspace under the pipe.
I need to add a hook below the pipe in the center how can i do that?

Add a point and constrain it to at the midpoint of the pipes line. Now you can select that point and create a new workplane. I added a simple example.

Thanks it worked but is their any tool to find the center of the line easily like in LibreCAD we have snap to center tool that can find center easily with a click.

In the constraints menu there is a midpoint option. Select a line and a point and press "m".

I found that but the selected line disappears after doing it it it any way to this without the lines disappearing. snap to center would have been nicer.

The center line of the cylinder is inside the object, and therefore a hidden line. Such lines only show when the cursor is c;lose, which allow (the projection) of hidden lines to be selected, but without cluttering the drawing, or requiring a project operation to project them onto the drawing plane. If you want to see hidden lines, the 'suppress this group's solid model' removes the surfaces of the model allowing internal lines and structure o be seen. This works in reverse for the extrusion of a difference, which can be used to create a section view.

I don't mean the hidden line. If we draw a line and want to find its center by pressing m the line just shortens.

To find the center of the line you need to add a point first. That is draw the line, then add a point (p), which need not be on the line, and then select that point and the line. and constrain it to the midpoint (m).

Constraints apply to existing geometry, and creating them does not create new geometric entities.

Thanks that worked
