Mesh export failing (by Andrew)
In the attached file, with last group active, show naked edges reports no problems. but exporting a mesh (stl) fails with naked edges. On further investigation, with g028-translate active, export triangle mesh works as expected. However with g002a-extrude active the export fails with naked edges around the holes, g028, which exported with no problems when that group was the active group.

Try with a different export chord tolerance. Dome mesh problems depend on the chord tolerance and your export one is probably different from the "view" one.

Increasing the chord tolerance fixed the problem, as did removing the holes from the model, and linking the hole less model in a new drawing and adding the holes.
