I was just wondering how to install this software. I downloaded it (it was a .zip file) and extracted the whole thing, but I can't find the installer or an .exe file anywhere. Please help.

Where are you downloading the software from?
You should be able to click and download solvespace.exe from here: https://github.com/solvespace/solvespace/releases/tag/v3.0

Yes, what Weston said. There is no installer, just an exe for windows and a .dmg for Mac. You may also use the OpenMP version on windows. Put the exe wherever you like, I just keep it on the desktop.
