another question re: tutorial 1 (by ajoeiam)
Greetings

This is interesting - - - some of the features that I'm seeing are quite elegant - - kudos.

Progressed further to drawing the gusset.
I managed to draw the thing at one end of the piece rather than at the middle.

There seems to be no way to unlock the declared coincident points - - - - or is there?

Is there a way to just 'move' the initial wireframe gusset (no declared thickness yet) for the end (present position) to the middle?

(I think what I'm looking for is error correction rather than deletion with a following redo.)

You can select everything in the sketch, copy it, start a new sketch in the desired plane, and paste a copy of the sketch. You can the activate and delete the original sketch. Worth doing if the sketch is complex, bur for a simple sketch it is as quick to start again.

Yeah. Or if you created the new workplane centered at a movable point (e.g., a free datum point) then you can just move or re-constrain that point. There's no way to go back and choose a different center point without redefining the workplane though.
