How can i draw an ellipse?
If I draw an ellipse as two circles and two arcs, I cannot remove the part of the circle inside the ellipse.
Drawing with other elements is even worse.

SolveSpace doesn't have a native ellipse tool. If you want to approximate one, then a cubic spline will be better/easier than circular arcs. Click four times to create four control points, and then click the original point to make it a smooth loop.

I assume that circle is for construction.
Click the circle, right click, toggle construction line.
Then in the Property Browser you can select what you don't want to see: the construction lines
