Split curves at intersection (by Justin)
Does anyone tried to use 'Sketch -> Split curves at intersection' with one circle and an arc on the contour of this circle?
It failed. I have no glue how to solve this problem.

I tried several ways but I can not close the contour.

Any idea how to realize this?

Thanks in advance!

You could replace the circle with an arc. Or make the circle a construction "line" and draw an arc over it.

Arcs can be tricky to constrain because they are 3 points with only 5 degrees of freedom. Fixing 2 points and the radius works. Also one end, the center, and the other end constrained to a line, arc, circle, or plane (not the sketch plane).
