crashes with win7 (by Francois-Marie Meunier)
Solvespace crashes at the second step of a drawing what ever the step is, the first element or the second one first drawn, it crashes...
but worked perfecty a month ago..with win7

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-RMN9a095M

but now, impossible to draw anything...

Version?
Steps to reproduce?
Does a crash dialog appear?

crashes with win7 (by Francois-Marie Meunier)

I did a simple extrusion, then a simple lathe operation in another plane and the program does not respond anymore and the windows disappear upon esc key.
maybe a crash is not the right word, but the result is the same...
no crash dialog, just nothing responds.
if I did the lathe first then the extrusion is impossible, same thing occurs.
I've downloaded a new copy of Solvespace, and no changes.

crashes with win7 (by Francois-Marie Meunier)

I can draw both parts and assemble them, it works perfectly, but it is impossible to draw them in a single drawing, looks very odd...

Can you attach the offending file right before the operation that "crashes" it? It sounds like we should be able to reproduce the issue by opening that and pressing shift-L

crashes with win7 (by Francois-Marie Meunier)
if I press the lathe icon or shift L with the attached drawing (number 4) after selecting the axis and the center of rotation

the drawing freezes, nothing responds but esc

Hmm indeed!

Unfortunately this is a known bug in the NURBS (solid modelling) engine of SolveSpace.

Here are links to the issues tracking it:

https://github.com/solvespace/solvespace/issues/1279
https://github.com/solvespace/solvespace/issues/1058

I've added your model to the first issue here: https://github.com/solvespace/...s/1279#issuecomment-1500157844
I hope you do not mind.

A workaround is to activate the option
"force NURBS surfaces to triangle mesh"
in "g003-extrude" before doing the lathe operation.

The lathe works if you make a rectangle instead of a triangle. Obviously that's not what you want, but it's not an issue with tangency on the perimeter for example.

hi,
if a remove the constrain coincident (c01a-pts-coincident) on the point of the triangle and move this point a trifle off the center the lathe function works properly, leaving a little hole instead of a point...

I also tried making the triangle a rectangle, lathe to form a disk, and then made a triangle to lathe-difference to cut out the extra. It didn't crash, but one of the curved surfaces - not even touching the cone - went missing. Weird.
