Nice review.

A few notes:
Dimensions that are added as REF mean that the feature they are applied to is already constrained in some other way. Also features from "earlier" groups can not be dimensioned in "later" groups even if they are not already constrained - a REF will result.

In addition features from "earlier" groups can not be constrained to features from "later" groups.

This strict hierarchy allows SolveSpace to be very roubust to changes in the model and maintain constraints practically always.

However this leads to common use of a design approach where in the first sketch one defines many critical dimensions for the model as construction line segments and uses them later. Such a "reference" sketch may even be saved in its own slvs file and linked as a first group in every part of a multi part project. When the dimensions are changed in the "reference" file the changes will propagate to all parts.
