Type 30 CRT interpretation (by Jørgen Tietze)
Hi, after working with solvespace for some time I've done a 3d drawing for lasecutting mostly in 6mm MDF - housing a 4:3 screen and a MiSTer loaded up with the PDP-1 core.
Right now promoting history of computergames at our local library in the city of Vejle in Denmark.
Thanks for a nice piece of software, keep up the good work! :-D
Best regards,
Jørgen.

Hi, sorry for the late reply - it was just for a space theme at the library in week 7. But yes we are going to put it up in week 42 with retro game days 2022, if it lasts that long ;-)
Did a 50% version to show-case lasercutting and solvespace for a small workshop for librarians.
Best regards,
Jørgen.

Very nice. Can you post the .slvs files too?

Hi, yes of course - I have to clean it up a bit. I'm not entirely proud of the assembly - a couple of things I would have done differently. Some of the subassemblies should be drawn differently. Any feedback on doing things different are very welcome.
My file naming regime is quite ad hoc. Mix of English and Danish. Som parts are only partially modeled like the french cleat. It is only a 15mm block, just to ensure that there is enough space for it on the back.
Primary assembly:
* complete-assembly.slvs
Subassemblies:
* Type 30 TFT.slvs
* controller-assembly2.slvs
For now it is released as "Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License".
For now grab it here: http://gravel.dk/type30crt-v1.7z
