Sketch image from file (by Jaroslav Kopal)
Can I use the image, for example, as a template for modeling an object (a person's face, which I will remove later), or as a texture on a cube, where there is a different image on each of the 6 surfaces? What is the main subject of use. Thanks for the reply.

SolveSpace is an engineering 3d modelling program, where dimensions are accurately specified. From you question, it look like you need an art orientated 3d modeller, such as Blender or Wings 3d.

Not. I therefore ask what the possibility of introducing the image is actually in Solve Space. What can this option be used for? I know Blender and I know about Wings 3D.

Truth be told, I'm not wise of that .. You do? I'll try to find other examples - videos.
Still, thank you

To quote from the reference https://solvespace.com/ref.pl (it's rather useful):
"Image
This entity may be used to place a bitmap reference image in a sketch. The entity is defined by four control points that may be used to position, constrain and orient the image similar to those for TrueType Text entities. Image entities are typically used as a reference for sketching or tracing other entities and removed later. As such, Image entities are not exportable. "

Yes. It seems that way to me too. Most importantly, it will be removed later. Thank you.
