How to uses faces ? (by Jaroslav Kopal)
I can view and light up faces, but what next? Give some example of their use. Thanks for your answer..

You can use them as part of a constraint, i.e force a point to be on a face, or as a distance from a face. They provide 1 degree of constraint, where a line on the face provides 2 degrees of constraint.

Andrew thanks for your answer. I will try to understand it by experimenting. If you have any other use, write.

SUPER! I understood right away. This didn't occur to me. Actually, it's quite easy to understand. What you described is definitely useful, even for others here on the forum. Thanks again Andrew!

One use of point-on-face constraints is to set the angle of a Revolve to 180 degrees. Use a point on one end and the face from the other.
