Hello, where I can find configuration file which stores settings on windows?

SolveSpace under Windows has no configuration file, because all settings stored in Windows Registry (so you need), see:

Under Linux there is configuration JSON-file stored as: `~/.config/solvespace/settings.json`

No, there is no plan to use a file instead of the registry on Windows.

It may be helpful if you provide a use case or reason for wanting those settings stored in a file. This as allows developers to consider other options for achieving your goal, and fitting that into a larger picture.
