The sketch g007 does not contain a closed contour. You should get a warning for that, unless you disabled it (by disabling "check sketch for closed contour" in the configuration screen). The problem seems to be the roughly vertical lines; there are many on top of each other, not all of them construction.

I have to create a new file to create the gear.
I use Smath Studio (http://smath.info/wiki/) to define the profile of the gear tooth and solvespace to create the gear.
