BUG: "Don't make faces selectable with mouse" doesn't persist (by DIV)
In the SolveSpace Property Browser there is a row of 'buttons' just under "home".
All of these act to toggle on/off certain behaviours, such as whether points should be hidden or visible.
All of those 'buttons' _retain_ their settings until the user manually toggles them again, with the exception of the "Don't make faces selectable with mouse" option.
Demonstration:
* Create a file by assembling parts from other files, so that the active file contains multiple (3D) groups.
* With one of the groups "active", toggle "Don't make faces selectable with mouse" to be off.
* Make a different group "active". The faces of the solid will be _automatically_ set back to selectable.
* Even if returning to make the original group "active", the faces of the solid will still remain set as selectable.
The automatic toggling to selectable faces also happens if a new group is added to the assembly (which makes it "active").
