Lines or points from keyboard input or command window (by Rob Herman)
Is there a way to use the keyboard to start a command for line or other, and then input coordinates manually via the keyboard similar to the way you can work off of the keyboard in AutoCAD?
Love the quick startup and capabilities of SolveSpace, but I would love to streamline my geometry building time. Thanks!

Coordinate Keyboard Entry (by SpaceSolver22)
I'd also really appreciate this facility - I don't mind the SolveSpace mouse-first approach, but I'm so used to doing this with the keyboard with other CAD packages that it feels a bit awkward

Traditional CAD packages, like Autocad, are co-ordinate orientated ad what you are suggesting is relatively easy to implement. Solvespace is Parametric orientated, using relationships between entities like parallel, same length etc. This is much less suited to keyboard input, but also when used properly makes for a drawing that is much more easily modified. Also, this involves a different approach to drawing, where rather than crating a drawing accurately during entry, in Solvespace, create a rough sketch, and then constrain it to get the desired result. The keyboard shortcut provided for creating entities and adding constraints generaly allow one hand for the mouse and one for the keyboard.
