DXF export and spaces in the path (by Bill)
Hi all!
I don't know if this thing (or bug?) has already been mentioned here, but if not, I would like to point it out. I'm using the Solvespace from the official release both on Debian (64-bit) and Windows 10 (also 64-bit). When I want to export any drawing to DXF file format, on Debian everything works fine. But on Windows, when there are any spaces in the path (like C:\Users\Kutil Bill\Documents\part one\file.dxf) Solvespace simply doesn't create the DXF file. If I want to export the drawing to a PDF file, everything works even with spaces. I haven't studied the code yet, but my opinion is, that the mistake has something done with handling file strings. Possible solution is to replace spaces in the path with underscore character or change the location (like C:\Solvespace\part1\file.dxf).
Is it possible to fix this in the future versions, to make this tool even better?
Thanks.
Bill
