boolean diffs --> on assemblies? (by John Griessen)
I'd like to boolean diff create a model for a mold to make a part that is conical. The mold will surround the part, and a cone that fits the part's interior. Then when that solid is defined, I'll want to trisect it and add hinges so it can be a four part mold, (including the cone). I'm going to try an assembly of the part and the cone using centerline axis, since the cone surface is not constrainable by solvespace at this time in the evolution of the solvespace UX towards world domination.
