Having issues with curved extrustion (by yugami)
The steps giving me issues.

1) Sketch shape with curves
2) extrude
3) define plane for 2nd sketch (along extruded edge)
4) create circle for creating a subtle curve
5) extrude circle

5 gives me a lot of naked edge issues. Sometimes worse than others. The attached example currently has the top 1/2 of the shape having issues. Typically its the entire area thats being cut away.

I've retried this a few different ways, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Hrm,

I redrew it and used a 2 sided extrusion for the 1st extrusion and it appears to be working now.

The NURBS Booleans aren't too robust, and they're particularly prone to breaking when things are exactly coincident, tangent, etc. If you remove the point-on-circle constraint and displace your circle very slightly, then the failure will go away.
