Cannot constraint a cylinder (by Maurizio Ferreira)
In the attached example, open the asm file.

In this the cylinder should be centered on the base, (middle point on the vertical line), and both supports should be adjacent to the cylinder (point over point).

As I link the cylinder extremity to a support, the system complains that cannot resolve the constraint.

Any suggestions ?

Best regards .

Maurizio.

This is an improved version of the model
I can link the two supports to the cylinder, but I cannot set the vertical distance of any of them to the base.

(I' like to set it on the support)
Any suggestion ?

Best regards.

solved ! (by Maurizio Ferreira)
Ok I solved it !

I created a new assembly, called topgroup and then
linked it in the asm project.

Do you think it's the right solution ?
Best regards.
