Aligning axes (by Maurizio Ferreira)
In the attached example, how can I align the disk with the support so that they are constrained on the same axis, but anyway I'm free to change the distance beween the two objects ?

One way, is to draw a line between axis points of the support and the disc, make it a construction line, and make it parallel to the desired axis. You do not meed a sketch for this line.

In SolveSpace there are many variants how to solve this task.

1) One way, is to draw a line between axis points of the support and the disc, make it a construction line, and make it parallel to the desired axis. You could sketch construction line in 3D (see also "Sketch in 3D" option)

2) You could constraint two axis in same orientation or make both parallel + constraint axes origin of sub-model in two planes (EXAMPLE ATTACHED!).

3) Also there are many other ways how do this (later I'll try add more examples).
