Hi. I want to draw curve with a certain length. Or draw a line a certain length and then bend it to the total length of the surface is preserved. How to do it?

One simple method is to create a line, set it as a construction line (key g) and create an equal constraint (q) between the construction line and the arc.
this will make them the same length. if you want the length of the arc to be a specifc length, add a dimension (d) to the line referenced in the equal length contraint.
