Can I program to measure the distance between two points, as if we measured on the real details, not on the computer, and whether the value obtained is put into the formula size of the drawing?

If you select two points with the mouse, then the distance between them will appear in the browser window. That will disappear when you un-select them.
If you create a reference dimension, then the distance between the points will always be shown. That dimension can be either on the true distance in 3d, or on the distance projected into a workplane. The tutorial on constraints provides more detail.

And how insert this number in any other size in the drawing?
