constraints (by Kris Ernst)
I'm having difficulties adding constraints that reference other constraints and tangent lines.
I have two circles where the radius of C2 needs to be 2 times the radius of C1.
I can make the radius of both a constraint, but how do I say that there needs to be ratio between the two ?
I am also not able to draw tangent lines from C1 to C2.
Simply drawing the first line I even get a message "Not Closed countour or not all same style".
Selecting a lie and a circle and trying to apply "tangent" constraint I get that's not possible.

1. For circle radius relation, you can create construction radius line and use Constrain->Length Ratio constraint with 1:2 value.
2. For making tangent line you should create your circle using two connected arcs with the same center point: one of them can be marked construction (green), the second one can be normal (white). So, you can use tangent selecting line and arc.

RATIO and TANGENT (by CHRISTIAN FAUDAIS)
Hi
Perhaps theses folowings files can help you
about ratio
-----------
01 draw two lines
02 add distances ( 10 and 20 for example )
04 delete a distance
05 select the two line
06 select length Ratio in the menu
.....
about Tangent.
--------------
01 draw first circle
02 draw a point on the circle
03 draw the first radius
04 draw the second circle
05 draw a point on the second circle
06 draw the second radius
07 join first and second point
08 add perpendicular constrain beetween the 3 lines
....
