Constraints prevent moving object (by expertmm)
In 2.2~c4ad073d, constraints prevent moving the object. Having all points selected doesn't help.

Exactly which part are you trying to move? I can move the curves in g002-sketch-in-plane, and change the extrusion depth in g003-extrude. The extrusion itself cannot be moved once created, by design, it can only be altered by adding features, such as with extrude, lathe, translate, etc groups.
Of course, if you save the file and link it into an assembly, you could freely move the object.
