Bug in union extrude (by Andrew Bromley)
Building a model of a timing belt pulley, First creating the toothed section, which looks OK when extruded. When extruding the Added flange, a segment of the toothed section goes missing, with problem marker. The Suggested solution, @Force Nurbs surface to triangular mesh works, but obviously increases render time.
Using SolveSpace version 3.0~991909d7. built from the GIT Source on Debian testing. Unionbug.slvs attached and exhibits the problem..

Try lowering chord tolerance (e.g. from the default 1% to 0.1%).
