How to change plane a sketch is on? (by John Griessen)
I made a sketch for exporting to use in Freecad on the XY plane.
Is there a simple way to change it all to the XZ plane without redoing any of it?

I have not figured how to reorient it in Freecad yet, but there is maybe a way.

Import the sketch into a second SolveSpace file, in the desired orientation, and then export from there?

Hello John.

If all else fails, for reorienting sketches in FreeCAD
see Lesson 10 - Heart-Shaped Ashtray.
